Loeki Francis

12 faithful years of service to the City of Marion alongside of her partner, Sgt. Justin Francis.

Throughout the course of her career with the MPD, Loeki successfully executed 25 apprehensions and completed 326 successful tracks, leading officers to the seizure of 2,700 pounds of narcotics and the recovery of $275,000.

Loeki was a valuable member of both the City of Marion and the Marion Police Department.  Her unwavering determination and steadfast character played a crucial role in the ongoing achievements of the K9 unit.  By demonstrating exceptional commitment, she established a benchmark for excellence and efficiency, becoming an essential team member.  Her efforts not only showcased her skills but also underscored the significance and influence of a proficiently trained K9 unit in law enforcement.
