My Major, my dearest friend, my closest friend, you were never a dog to me, you were more like my child from the moment you were born. That was the moment I knew that you were mine. Watching you grow up, watching you become the young man that you were. The loving, the silliness, to being so loving and caring and sticking by my side since day one. The kids and I will never forget you. It will not be the same without you and we miss you so much. There will never be another like you and there will never be that bond that we had. You slept with me, you rode with me everywhere I went, even to the stores you weren't supposed to, but no one cared because they saw how cute you were. Major, I loved you, the kids loved you, how could we not. You will forever be in our hearts, and we wouldn't have it any other way. You will always be with us no matter where you are.
